Default remove amine blush on plywood, clean before first coat of enamel

What is good to use to remove amine blush on non-blushing epoxy and clean before first coat of Kirby enamel ???
The surface to be painted is non-blushing epoxy over Ocume plywood.
I was thinking about using scotch pads, TSP, and water.

warm water with a little soap.
It is the one and only thing to use. Well, ya may not even need the soap, cuz ya don't wanna leave soap scum behind either.
The thing is , if you have not epoxy coated it yet , you may not know that the surface will probably look like ****e, and need a BUNCH of sanding, not just a wipe down with a green scrubbee.
Anyway, wash it even before you sand it too.
And, there is always reconsidering putting resin on the ply. I might prime with cpes , then paint with , um , paint.
edit , hey cool automatic asterisk thingy!!

Just water. That's what the manufactures specify.

Yep, just water and a Scotchbrite pad. You do want to wipe it down as you go (clean rag, paper towels, etc.) so that you're actually lifting the blush off, rather than just moving it around and relocating it.
