    Default Caledonia Yawl

Hello everbody, There is a new Caledonia Yawl sailing on Great South Bay in Long Island N.Y. I had just finished the boat and rigged it. We hail from Seaford, and sail east to Babylon most times. I am sorry about pictures, I can get not get the pictures on line. It sails nice, just be carefull on the turns, it turns wide. I am use to the big 12and half which turns on a dime. It also rows well for a big boat. Don"t want to brag but it looks very good. Tom Mac

Welcome aboard, brother! You ought to look up LongIslandBoy here on the forum...he's interested in building a boat of that nature for himself I've been told.
    Amphibious Macroplankton Oughtredia doublendus
Mostly found frequenting the littoral and estuarine zones in the southern half of the Salish Sea, though sightings have been recorded both north and south of this area, and occasionally, but rarely, inland, in freshwater environments. This species lives on micro-brewed beer and dutch-oven biscuits, and displays brightly colored nylon and gore-tex plumage during the rainy season. Approach with caution!

    Tom,

You need to sail it to Oak Island next Saturday for the annual messabout. If you want the info PM me your email address and I'll send it to you. Congratulations on completing another one.

So, Who does the crab skiff belong to? How does she sail compared to the other boats?
