In a snarky observation, why is is that Bashar al-Assad and many of his cronies have such wimpy 'staches? I mean, what's the point, hey?

You see pics of Assad, and he looks like he hasn't shaved his upper lip for 5 or 6 days, and that's it. Pretty lame.

From the side view, notice the straight line from the top of his shoulders, up his neck, to the top of his head.
No typical "bulge" at the back of his head, demonstrating that he is missing at least half his brains!
