Dashboard cam captures trooper's split-second maneuvers

Held my breath as I watch this trooper get on to Marginal Way and then on to 295 in 5 PM traffic.
If Maine has commuter traffic, this place and time is the busiest in the state.

I came down on to this conjestion from Munjoy Hill about 10 minutes after the crash and headed back home. The mess on 295 had cause snarls in every direction.
