Held my breath as I watch this trooper get on to Marginal Way and then on to 295 in 5 PM traffic.
If Maine has commuter traffic, this place and time is the busiest in the state.
I came down on to this conjestion from Munjoy Hill about 10 minutes after the crash and headed back home. The mess on 295 had cause snarls in every direction.

No adrenaline used up there! Interesting seeing something like that on roads I know well.
That white pickup (& the Jeep next to it) sure need to pay more attention to what's behind them - but then that's true of most drivers.

Wow. I know every inch of that. My office is a couple blocks away. I couldn't imagine doing it at that speed that time of day, even with lights and siren. His timing was perfect.
