Looking for Schooners in the NC Area

[Arizona Bay]

My sister (who lives in Asheville) has been having sailing dreams, and an urge to sail on a schooner
Any recommendations for the between Norfolk and as far south as Charleston?

There is a topsail schooner (steel hull) sailing out of Shallowbag Bay at Manteo, N. C. three times a day and available for charter. You can find her at downeastrover.com.
