    Default As seen along the waterefront in Vancouver, BC

    This was in the marina in the Coal Harbor area of Vancouver:



    That marina did not look cheap - many, many big, expensive plastic boats there. I wonder how this "vessel" and it neighbor to the right (there is one more similar boat out of the picture further to the right) are received.

    For anyone visiting Vancouver, there is a nice little marine store in the marina with a limited but decent selection. Also, there is a restaurant called Cardero's which was outstanding.

    Those houseboats are certainly more pleasing to look at than all the white plastic surrounding them :-)

    seen Lake Union in Seattle?
    Or Sausalito?
    the house boats are worth more than the vessels

    The holes in the water next to us at wards cove for floating home are selling for a tiny 1m each then you have to buy or build the house to put in it and pay dues etc???
