    Thanks. The back is better than it was when I left Portland nearly a year ago. Good P.T. with proper diagnosis and and the right exercise program can roll the clock back a decade.

    I'm hanging out around Portland, sailing with my boys occasionally and waiting to haul the boat on the 19th for bottom paint etc. I expect to have it back in the water by August for some cruising with friends.

    I'll probably head south again near the end of September.
