Thanks for much information over the past few years. I have not been visible on this site but have continuously learned from your extensive archive. I think this group has hit on just about every wooden boat topic and it has been a tremendous resource for us newbies. We have completed the hull and are preparing to paint this summer. I have collected 95% of the rig through e-bay, Craigslist, and Sam ( Owner of Mystic and Wickford marine consignment shops). With some luck we'll be moving her to our home base for now on Lake Champlain. Thanks again-- Take a look at where we are with the project. www.slocumsboat.blogspot.com
