    Default Vernon Langille getting wet

After some years in a shed, the Tancook whaler Vernon Langille is getting pulled out tomorrow PM heading for the boatyard. Bottom paint outside and inside the centerboard trunk, set centerboard, and splash Tuesday. Ballast and get the sticks in before leaving for the WoodenBoatshow on Thursday. Rig when we get back. Sail by the 4th.

It will be nice to think of her afloat and sailing again. Where will she be moored?

She'll be working out of Rockland. Immediate plans are to sail her down to Bath for a 40 A'shop/ 50th MMM bash on the 16th. Leaving here probably 12 or 13. Want to sail on the Boothbay to Bath leg? I've only done the inside passage in a kayak, so local knowledge would be great.
