So, if you were going to go get help, what type would it be? Charm school to work past the mouth breathing? Or perhaps lessons on horse hair paint brush maintenance?
Dude, you're killing me. Can we expect a thread discussing James frikkin Mcmullen's impending apprenticeship under Cleek to become a fullfledged O&O?
Mother, should I trust the government. . .
I would love to contribute but i have my hands full just keeping Glenn under control.
Hes running amok from thread to thread with desperate cry's for help.
Now he is a Atheist commie.
That combined with him being in Texas is a dangerous situation.
I had to walk him to the 7/11 just the other day cause he needed skittles..
skivvies, bobbys. it matters.
There's a lot of things they didn't tell me when I signed on with this outfit....
PC does NOT issue cries for help. Just demands for more rum and smarter discourse!

The doctrine of nonresistance against arbitrary power, and oppression, is absurd, slavish, and destructive of the good and happiness of mankind.
Personal failures are too important to be trusted to others.

Rabbit bees sound somewhat terrifying..... Long eared, buck toothed, twitchy nosed, honey producing, flying varmints with stingers.....
Never trust a man with a clean workshop.
Got stung by a rabbit bee once while varnishing. Buggers bite like a horse. Surprised ,I almost kicked the varnish bucket. By the time I was done swatting that bas^@#!^&% I was worn and out there was hair and rabbit bee bits all over the fresh varnish..... whatta wreck I tell ya. Varnish sellers doan tell ya about how them fumes attrack rabbit bees.
Betcha them rabbitt bees got to PC ..... he will need help. Fluids...... lotsa fluids.
Ian, you might want to wear that respirator, or ventilate a bit better. Just judging from your post, you understand. We're here for ya...

Gosh thanks Doc, I need all the help I can get.
[QUOTE=Glen Longino;3448619Hey, I was an athiest humanitarian in Texas when you were a whippersnapper roofer in Joisey sliding off roofs on your diaper.[/QUOTE]
Was that before or after you handcuffed me to that chainlink fence?
I ain't nobody's apprentice, Pless. This is natural talent!
Amphibious Macroplankton Oughtredia doublendus
Mostly found frequenting the littoral and estuarine zones in the southern half of the Salish Sea, though sightings have been recorded both north and south of this area, and occasionally, but rarely, inland, in freshwater environments. This species lives on micro-brewed beer and dutch-oven biscuits, and displays brightly colored nylon and gore-tex plumage during the rainy season. Approach with caution!

I have no idea what this thread is about. I am going to assume that is a good thing.
Ummm. . .David? Have you ever smelled an actual sealskin kayak? Sweet Jeebus!
All props to my homie Harvey, nonetheless. We used to stay late after work at Crosscut to build boats together you know, way, way back in the day. Harvey is a badass.

"you two". . .did you mean me and Harvey, or David G and his alter-ego?
If its Harvey, then yes, I've known him for like 20 years. Ernie I only met a few years ago.

We didn't really know each other. I shopped at C'cuts. James worked there. He was known to the customers as the 'odd' one... but enthusiastic <G>Harvey was the 'earnest' one. Didn't know Ernie back then.
To be serious for just a moment -- it's sad to me that the mezzanine is so quiet these days, and no boats are being built up there. That activity always lent the joint an air of purpose and vigor!

James, at the time, was more enthusiastic than earnest. Think Irish Setter! <G>
I don't think James even knew I worked on boats. I also did furniture, cabinetry, architectural millwork, and some exterior goodies (gates, gazebos, pergolas, etc.). I talked to Harvey more about boats.
BUT... back to the man of the hour: PC Ford. He always knows what the thread is about. Sometimes he's wrong... but he always KNOWS, dangit! <G>
Wait! Is this turning into a Seinfeld thread?

He'll never rat me out. I know where he lives. Besides... I've got a load of dirt on him!
