    Default Forum suggestion - Bookmarks

How about a vBulletin add on for thread bookmarks?

I'm finding the subscription feature a little cumbersome for the purpose.

    Thank you

Do you use the "subscribe to a thread" feature?

I do use the subscription feature.

Like I mentioned the subscription doesn't work for me as a bookmark feature.

For threads I'd like to follow a subscription is great, one list of all of my subscribed threads is easy to browse for new posts. If I want to keep that thread for future reference then filing it into folders helps to keep things tidy. But to see if there is a new post I need to check each folder that the threads are sorted into. Bookmarks would allow for the filing of reference materials and a subscription added to one list (folder), lets me see what been new at a glance.

It's a slight and niggling little annoyance at best... just thought some might see so value in having the two features separate,

We had the "Tag" feature - which I found worked well as a sort of bookmark facility.

    Whiners caused its disappearance.
Complicated problems usually have simple solutions - which are almost always wrong.

Yes, but the major whiner (TD) is no longer here so perhaps we could try it again? (Until TD comes back and someone classifies all his posts as 'paranoia' again...)
