I always meant to have a shower. I even built the compartment for it...then I chickened out and made it into a big locker.
I was worried about fresh water (much worse, fresh soapy water!) getting into places where it ought not to get.
Since I am about to replace the engine this raises the question of a calorifier and thus of of pressure water and therefore of a "plumbed in" shower, down below, usable year round, as opposed to a garden sprayer in the cockpit.
I can line bulkheads with Formica, or something of that nature, easily enough. I can make a shower tray out of GRP. But I am going to want to get behind these from time to time to make sure that nothing is going amiss.
Is there a solution to this?
