As far as shipping goes the post office has boxes that are exactly the size of a magazine and ship for really cheap, "if it fits, it ships" one price no matter how much it weighs. Pretty good deal.
For those looking to find a new home for your no longer needed Wooden Boat Magazines. I need the following issues to complete my full set:
29 - 31
33 & 34
36 -38
40 -48
50
143 - 156
and 158.
I will pay for the magazines plus shipping.
I also have many duplicate issues that I will either trade or sell.
Thank you
Jim Keenan
Eric, if still available, I will be happy to have them. I am in Manassas, where can we meet? Dave
The post office will ship printed material at 'book rate' which is cheaper than anything.
Eric, nice to meet you and your lovely wife last evening. Thank you for the new reading material. Dave
Thanks, Dave. Please send a picture or two of your NJ boat and a link to the website—if there is one.
Eric
I have a bunch sitting on the curb as we speak.
keeping #1 and #2 though.
also old multihull, small boat journal, boatbuilder, messing about in boats.
sad but have to let go. ;>(
Which ones do you have? I'd be happy to take 3,5,8 and 33 off your hands. If you change your mind on #2 I'd take that one as well. Where are you and how much do you want for them? I'm SO close to completing my set.

I will take anything and everything up to #160.
Thanks
I would love to get No. 1. It features the build article for Nellie by Bill Page. She is the Norht Shore Dinghy designed by Robert Baker.
http://www.by-the-sea.com/bakerboatw...f/Dinghies.pdf I have the spiral bound reprint from WB, unfortunatly it is B&W photo copy only.
I have #1 in front of me now, The article for Nellie is B/W anyway, you're likely not missing much. Sorry.![]()
