when your side is running a very flawed candidate you have to blow up any trivial thing you can find on the other person

If it is real, it doesn't really matter if there is one, or a hundred things.

And if YOU were being objective, you'd concede that you don't know what her motivation was, and you have no evidence as to what it was.... just an accusatory assumption.

But more importantly, if you think that this is really worth 300 posts, then I presume that you would vote against a candidate for reasons as truly trivial as this.

As I pointed out in #296, it will NOT be the basis for voting for or against her.... or any OTHER candidate, for that matter.

I have NO problem saying I don't know. But given the issues I have questioned I don't need to know. Her actions do not fit with her stated motivations, and you have yet to offer one thing that confirms her claimed rationale.

I don't care who you vote for, in fact I am pretty sure that I can predict who you will vote for even if Ms. Warren is found in bed with a Goat and a Midget on national TV.

Forget it. You and others can descend into this trivial crap. I don't vote based upon stuff like this.... which is why I consider Romney's dog story, and the bullying story, to be meaningless, as well.

There are real, and important, issues in the upcoming election, and THOSE are the things I'll be considering, and talking about. Feel free to engage in speculative character assasination, however.... it diminishes you personally, IMHO, but I frankly don't care.

The kerfluffle over so little does show a bit about her ability to take the ricochet-like incoming where how you handle it is actually of more significance than what it is. Warren has shown that she learns from experience so the good bit is this is early in the campaign, Brown is looking increasingly stupid on the issue anyway, and we can hope that as the right continues to think they've found dirt to toss Warren gets better at dealing with it gracefully and with finality. If she doesn't, if she proves as inept a campaigner as Coakley was, she'll rather deserve a loss.

I certainly hope that we get back to the issues so that Brown's hollowness begins to show past his affability and even his vaunted claims of constituent services are shown to be based on the same sort of well controlled customer satisfaction surveys we see some businesses bragging on.

Once again you retreat when you can't answer the question without admitting that she was wrong. Yes lets discuss the "real, and important issues" - How's your "How do you feel about cilantro?" thread going? Nothing trivial there

It has nothing to do with this thread. Start a thread on these issues if you like.

Real Cherokee nation folks apparently aren't too happy with the latest developments in Warren's little fraud:

    http://www.pollysgranddaughter.com/2...th-warren.html

    "...
you believe your opponent is "creating a distraction" by "ridiculously" attacking you "with questions that have already been answered." It seems you would like the "attacks" against your claims of Cherokee ancestry to stop so I thought I would offer some advice on how to make it stop.

    Tell the truth.'

So in the bilge we have a couple guys with so little sense of integrity they are happy being represented by a cheat. While lesser libs can only throw up shiny objects hoping to distract. But that figures. After 40 years of the sterling examples of serial abusers like Teddy Kennedy and Barney Franks, even Warren would be an improvement.

    You're a pendulum, right?

When you first appeared in the bilge you tended to be a jerk with anyone who disagreed with you.

Then you seemed to grow up a little, participating in several exchanges in a mature manner. Just like a grown-up.

Now you're back where you started.

You're not really a human, are you?

    You're a pendulum.
