You're going to be replacing most/all the frames, yes? Given that, the holes into the frames will be new, so no worries there. It's the planks you are correctly worried about. If you think that you can use the existing pilot holes in the planks to perfectly pre-drill for the frames, then I'd say just go as-is. But... if you think that the existing holes in the planks are worn, or you think that you might risk enlarging them when drilling for the frames, then I'd bung first.
If the planking are fine, then you certainly don't want to replank.
