I have no idea (or ideas) what this person is talking about but I'm sure that if anyone can prove that brain concussion from contact sports like football, hockey, boxing, and martial arts aren't bad for you its the Republicans. After all, you don't need to borrow money from your parents for a college education to realize the obvious.
