In progress? I'm not sure - "it" belongs to a German bloke who spends a good part of the year here. Lives aboard then, but I don't know just how far he's got on the interior. Moored nearby is his other boat, a small keeler of no great beauty, but definitely not a candidate for this thread - I'm pleased to say.

OK, it's not a sailboat, but it's ugly as sh*t.
This is for sale on local Craigslist. The description states "This boat does not have engines and is in progress of being converted to a river get away for overnight stays." He also says he's got over $11,000 invested...
