Anybody live near Phippsburg, Me?

I'm interested in a Bolger Catfish Beach cruiser being sold in Phippsburg. The owner knows nothing, and won't take any pictures for me--I asked softball questions, like what kind of plywood was used, quality/condition of the sail; nice guy, but no idea. I can see that certain details were fudged (sheer-defining rub rail left off and substituted with a poorly lined off paint contrast, no port hole, bizarre bootstripe that runs along the chine (etc). I'm 5 hours away, which would be a worthwhile drive if the boat is reasonably well built out of decent materials, and the sail is professionally built and not blown-out. But the owner can't answer any questions of any kind. He said, not very convincingly, that he would "Do what he could!" to get me photos, but that was five days ago.
So, it's a little frustrating. I don't feel like building one of these, but have liked the design for a while.

I live in the Burg and would be happy to check it out for you ordinarily, but alas, I'm on a delivery from the Med to Tahiti and won't be home until sometime in June. I don't recognize the boat but it certainly appears to be a good deal for the money.

Wish I could help out. Perhaps Steven Bauer can help. He lives in Portland but likes to check these things out.

Thanks Thad! It'll be good if we can get out of Barcelona soon. Had to duck in for repairs on our first day out of Marseille.
