    Default teak plywood and epoxy

I have to build a cover for my motor well and have some teak ply that I would like to use in the assemble and am wondering if epoxy will adhere well to the teak surface or do I need to do some special prep of the surface?

I've glued teak with epoxy with good results. Do a thorough wipe down of all surfaces with acetone just before you spread the epoxy.

Scuff it with #80 and wipe with isopropyl alcohol or acetone. If in doubt, visit the House O'Googe

Teak ply...... Are you checking to make sure that it's not cabinet grade interior plywood?
I've made a few things with Teak ply, including panels for the front door of a waterfront home. I tried to tell the boss (This was before I was the boss) that Teak ply was a bad idea for this application, but he was certain that the spar varnish finish would protect the door from the elements.
The door was replaced with-in 2 years. The panels peeled like a banana.

Yes I used it once for a cockpit table top with similar results. And I see some manufacturers void the warranty if used on decks in a marine environment.
