Download Irfanview (free) and let it take over your jpegs and other photos. It's the easiest-to-use photo editing software out there.

I downloaded your pic, cropped out needless background, enlarged it to 800px width, lightened it by 90% and increased the contrast to 75%, then sharpened the image and uploaded it onto my server. Took about 2 minutes.

I keep coming back to view your boat ...do you have more pictures of your boat?
Again ... its very nice ... and i do thinks its something i could build.
Just got in a few hedge logs. Or sometimes called osage orange. When dry. Hard as steel.
Thinking of using as stern post and transom well box.
Dang ..... i dreamed of your noat last night.... u guys dream about boats?

Its a very easy boat to build....

I did the sides with three strakes.... Its designed for one 16" plank.... I couldn't find one 12 feet long though.
