Searching this Forum a recipe doesn’t quickly come up so for future reference I thought I would put my findings under a clear title
A few variations here but a bit of experimentation would sort this out.
Anybody got more recipes please add to the list.

Boiled Linseed oil
-Japan drier (Make the paint dry faster.)
-Red lead powder
-Turpentine (To dilute the oil)
-Cabosil or talc (To make the paint thicker, I prefer the cabosil same stuff to thicken epoxy).
