We all do it. There was a great cartoon in WBM many years ago on the curing time of glue. The gist of it was it's just long enough to prevent you from fixing a stuff up. It showed a catamaran being built and one hull had been attached upside down.

Huh - that's the small part of the bill. I've always done the antifouling. I'm looking at a $5,000+ quote for the lift, clean and anti-foul at the moment. The quote for a new prop is $1,515 on top of that.

Don't forget the caulking-have they not scoped that yet?

Specialisation in medicine is a ticket to the gold mine. Very few of them bulk bill and you will find high concentrations of them in high retirement areas...such as Tweed Heads / Coolangatta. Kerry has forked out enough for her cataract op to return the sight to an entire village in Tibet. To get my deviated Septum fixed will cost $3,000 for a 20 minute op and only a few hundred back via Medicare. Needless to say it ain't gunna happen anytime soon.

I got an early morning call today to see if I'd come help move a river cruiser across the Murray at Mannum. A millisecond later I was out the door. I'd not seen this boat before but I'd heard lots and i was keen to see what it was like.

About 35 foot long, Oregon and Gum planks on ?? with a 40 HP Ford diesel

Jack De Crow, a mighty mirror dinghy. is a boat of legend.

Gary , Peter Wade who runs one of the real estate shops in town has 2 boats like that, one with steam power . I think he's chasing and engine and boiler for the other one too, both nicely done up.
