Default Simple skiff plans -- Bateau 12-foot Flat Skiff?

I'm looking for plans for a very simple-to-build 10-12-foot skiff that I can use with 1-2 HP antique outboard motors -- and to row of course. This will be a fishing/puttering boat. I like the looks of the Bateau flat skiff. Are there any other designs as easy to build that will work well with very small outboards and still row well?
This would be my second build. First was a handy little 7'9-inch pram following the old Douglas Fir Plywood Association plans dating to the early 1960s.

Woodenboat has a skiff as the first boat in their Getting Started in Boats series.

The entire article is at that address (good to be lucky sometimes).

To ask a question of you, where did you find the Douglas Fir Plywood Assn plans?

I built the FL14 and it's been a great little boat as well.
