Gernot, the pics show dark brown areas along all what seem to be the joins between plywood sheets; some on the deck and others where deck meets hull. What do you think these are? Glass tape or perhaps epoxy or some other sealer under the varnish?
Do you think that is a good price, assuming that no major repairs are required?

Mirrors being stitch-and-glue boats, these are the fibreglass tapes. The epoxy seems to get darker with age.
My boat looks exactly the same and it's about the same vintage, perhaps a bit older. I removed virtually all the old PU varnish (which was brittle and cracking in places) some years ago and re-varnished with Le Tonkinois, but the taped corners remained dark. The wide darker strip down the foredeck is the strip of plywood that joins the two panels. This is taped over in all the Mirrors I know.
I'd rather be in my boat with a drink on the rocks than in the drink with my boat on the rocks!
