How to contact Boat manufacturers???

I'm still searching for Mercury Vazar engines which were widely sold to the pontoon boat industry before the factory discontinued them. I'm sure that there are still some of these around in manufacturers inventory- but I'm stymied as to how to contact them. If you google the manufacturer, you generally get a splashy marketing page and then a list of dealers address's. Any idea of how to contact the builders?

There should be a law that all websites have to have the phone number, and address (city and state minimum), at the top of the index page. PERIOD.

You will just have to keep clicking on "about us", "contact", and other silly things until you find the buried PHONE NUMBER.
