    The bollards are from the local marine consignment shop. One of the guys involved in these has a sign shop and he cut the anchor vent on his CNC machine. It would be pretty easy to do with a sabre saw and drill.

    Did you steam the rails etc. other bent members, or bend cold?

    I'm getting ready to measure for the frames and had a quick question. For the frames did you stand them perpendicular to the waterline, chine, or sheer?

    It seems from studying the photos that one problem area you had was where the side decks meet up with the transom. They are angled up and higher than the transom on the plan. Did you add a piece to the transom as per pic?

    1.5 inch bottom is way too thick

    1.5" is what's called for in the plans. It was prototyped with 3/4", and oilcanned a little, so he added a layer to the prototype and it was solid. It's that heavy so there is no floor framing to keep the sole free of trip hazards.
