    I'm interested in building a 10'-12' sailing dinghy in the style of those built in the Bahamas and seen in WB #135. Does anyone know if lines or offsets for such a boat are available?

    See page 227 of Howard Chapelle's book "American Small Sailing Craft" for a lines (only) plan of a 14+' model. WB also sold plans for one a few years ago and may still do so.

    Don Street's 'Ocean Going Yacht' has the lines for the Saint's dink. Looks lovely. You'll need to loft and play youself as I don't remember any offsets.
