I'll guess that the purchase prices will be a small percentage of the amount paid in permits & the like and it'll be interesting to see how it all plays out. Might be good for Belfast, as long as it doesn't have too big an effect. By too big I mean so big as to change the character/flavor of the town & take control of it away from the locals. Seen too much of that in northern New England.
