Okay, this thread is about college ball. So. Does anyone know of a college where the Seahawks can find a new QB?

I watched every second of it, Paul. I always do. I figure you owe to them for all the good times. I can tell you that the screams from the cabin could be heard a long way off once Metchie did his stork dance or whatever that is.

Indeed they are. The good news is - they seem to be building in the right way and right direction. The Ohio State game showed what happens when that young talent comes together with the right game plan. The Utah games show what happens when the youngsters get knocked off kilter a bit by a better game plan. Being young - they're inconsistent... and fragile. I look forward to seeing them grow.

the ducks look poised to lose yet another head coach
one wonders, why is it they can't seem to develop continuity in their coaching staff?

even with all that nike money <sigh>

I completely missed it. Wonder what happened. Mr. G has certainly been on his high horse lately, but I hate to see him gone.

alabama is an underdog for the first time in 92 games and for only the second time in twelve years
the line opened after the auburn game with them 3.5 point underdogs and has moved to 6.5 points as we speak

Seeing how Father Goose is one of my favorite movies, I’m gonna take that as a compliment.

    And acknowledge no further comments.

'bama was impressive. Iowa, not so much.

Quite the finish to the OK State - Baylor game.

I see how one could come up with those pairings, but I don't think they'll be great games.

what would you have rather seen?

or are you of the sensible opinion that the sec is the class of the field this year (yet again) and that michigan, cinci, osu, and notre dame are just also rans???

There's a loaded question! Where's DavidG when we need him?

I get why they are what they are - just don't think they'll be competitive: Alabama, Georgia, & OSU look like easy winners. Yes, Alabama & Georgia are the best 2 teams in that group I think.

True + they clobbered Iowa - though Iowa doesn't have much of an offense. So - I'll modify & say that MI-GA might be a game.

Michigan vs. Georgia should be a great game. I don't know how Bama vs. Cincy will turn out. There is a really good Bama (Miami, Ole Miss, Miss State, Georgia) and there is a Bama that has really struggled (LSU, Auburn......Arkansas and aTm on defense). Cincy is obviously a very good team, well coached and talented. If the 'bad' Bama shows up in Dallas we will lose and the country will grin from ear to ear about it. We'll see.

From what we have heard Oregon's coach is cutting out for the U (Miami). Strange days when these guys are bailing on powerful, established programs the way they are.
