Warped/Twisted wood

I bought a bunk trailer for the Garvey im building and its been sitting in the yard without the boat on it since feb and the weather has been very dry/drought and one of the bunks has a twist in it . Its pressure treated pine and i was thinking of taking it off and tossing it in the lake for a couple days to see if it would straighten out , and if it does i will fasten it back on the trailer wet and put the boat on it and see if the weight of the boat will make it dry strait. Think it will work or should i just throw it out and try a new one?

when is the garvey going on it?can you zip tie it on still soaked? if it dosen't work,go buy more.boats more important than a piece of pine,and it needs a equal pressure i would think

I guess i ask my question on this board because most of you may know alot about the tendency of wood/lumber under certain situations.If i buy another 2x6 its cheap enough and easy but would probably warp or twist also.

Soaking it isn't likely to do anything. Try to find a replacement that is straight grained, doesn't have any heart in it, and as close to vertical grain as you can. Not easy to find with PT.
