Lucky that's what happen when you break the only rule I keep with my boats. NEVER go back on a boat that you have sold, it's always deception as it's not like you want/or see it. I did this mistake once, and now even when I am invited on one of my old boat I decline, it always open a old scar.

i design by carving half models, in 1985 as part of my thousand hull study,in a few weeks i carved /designed 60 boats to scale, usually quarter or three eighths of an inch to the foot, smacks, cutters, ketches, yachts, trawlers, tugs, cobles, barges, schooners ,coasters etc i was trying to teach myself design, some days i would carve 2 models, then i didnt carve for a while, but i cant tell you where the centre of gravity is, or the stability calculations, or the displacement

    Beam: 4.34 m.
    Draft: 2.98 m.

Berthon Boat Company Shipyard, where in 1925 he built the Mairie, which then would be Vanessa, the Concha y Analía now called, is one of the oldest English shipyards are still functioning and, since its founding over 200 years ago , is still owned by the same family, May, big fans of water sports.
Like other ships built by Berthon and designed by the great Scottish naval architect Alfred Mylne, Mairie was also awarded the Cross of Malta rating of Lloyd's Register, by the very high quality construction and design. Five years later, under the name Vanessa was purchased by its first owner Spanish: D. Sans Miguel Mora, unforgettable character, drive and a key figure of the nautical sports Spanish and European, who for over twenty years he, with enthusiasm and success, the position of Commodore of the Real Club Nautico de Barcelona and President of the International Committee of the Mediterranean.
In 1930, Mr. Sans I moved to Spain and, following family tradition, I renamed CONCHA II, participating with him, with excellent results in many races, among which include the first organized in Barcelona after the Civil War with the Barcelona-Palma route.
Memory of that period and the importance of the analysis in the RCNB are the different models and paintings that, even today, 80 years later, decorate some of the dependencies thereof, including most notably a remarkable painting of José María Prim, in which is represented with its original rigging and sails perfectly oriented, as befits a painter who knew so much about sailing.
Don Miguel Concha II sold in 1947 to D. Beaman Ramón del Río, substituting another equally emblematic ship, the Altair. In Palma underwent a major restructuring, which included the replacement of the original gaff rig the current Marconi. In the early 50's, had several owners and underwent several name changes and early 60's, was acquired by Conde de Estrada, who changed his name to Analia, with which sails today. They did it in honor of Hispanic actress Gade Analia Argentina, very popular at that time.
Between 1970 and 1990, he returned to Catalonia Analía hand D. Marti Mariano Ventosa, who based it on Aiguadolç until the mid 90's, is purchased by a French company, Mr. Boissier, who with him across the Atlantic in 1998, later moved to Cannes, where it sets its base, being a regular in the classic regattas of the Mediterranean.
In 2,010 it is acquired by its present owner, who again bases on the Real Club Nautico de Barcelona, while rushing a new and careful restoration, during which he will build a teak deck identical to the original, being that as base, otherwise seeking the preservation of all its elements and, as far as possible, while maintaining by far the Marconi rig, the recovery of its original appearance.
The Analía is constructed entirely of teak, while furniture and interior woodwork is of mahogany and teak, iroko floors. Call particular attention to your living room, completely original and many details, also original, such as pulleys, faucets or toilets. Equally important defeat his booth, shell-shaped molded wood masterfully executed, an innovation of the time, which gives it a particular and unmistakable personality. They say it was a change designed by Mr. Sans Mora, who knows? The truth is that in the Twenties / Thirties molded wood was an absolute novelty and even bizarrely original and Alfred Mylne and a lover of news, or gallantry ...
