The fine article in the latest Messing about in boats on the Chapelle designed Chesapeake sharpie skiff. Nice!

Sam, what's the date on that MAIB? Don't tell me you got the March 30 edition already!

Believe it or not the date is April 1, 2004 - Volume21 - Number 22. Usually us folk out here in the hills are the last to get anything what with the pack mules and all ... so I assumed everyone would have already received their copies.

Sam, you are a lucky dog! Now, I'm just gonna have to hang around the mailbox until the April 1 edition comes. Thanks for puttin' me on pins and needles.

Lucky dog. I live in Takoma Park, Maryland -- a DC suburb -- and just received the March 15th issue today!

I got March 15 today also.

But I will note that Craig's article appears in what's become the online equivalent of MAIB, Duckworks. Check it out there if you absolutely have to have it now.

Chuck the Duck is also getting together a pretty good little chandlery for us messers.
