You should do that Vinny! Like the market boat family that sells veggies and baked goods from port to port. Advertise in Working Waterfront, Points East and newspapers that serve islanders. Notify various yacht clubs and get in their winter newsletters and websites. I bet there are alot of summer houses that have pianos. (You'll need one of those French bikes to get around.

Re 'hermitage': I was in Portland yesterday and Downeast in the last few weeks. In both cases I felt somewhat driven to get back home. Not necessarily a good trend in my thinking, I wager.
