I'd have to sell a kid to get one without a roof Garret, we drove the whole way with the windows down and I suppose there was air movement when we were going .. slow down though and it was toast city.
Yeah Thad, it was great to see how she'd come on.. because the boat is remote I just hadn't seen it at all and really she's going to be good as new if not better.There was a critical time there where it was a serious option that she would be written off.
Those guys don't work by rote, they're thinking and applying knowledge all the time.They increased the rebates on the transom timber for more surface area for example. All the scarfs are 16:1. The decision has been made to not hang the backstay off the strap( in that rebate) as she was... rather they will have a deck fitting bolted through slightly inboard for a better geometry and strength.
