that's great! I was wondering what was happening with that. still in good condition?
Yeah!. No changes or restoration work by the looks. The 'spring' bearing pads are a retrofit but that doesn't look recent either, probably from when it sailed last. And that sounds like somewhere between 15 and 20 years ago.
It certainly is creating a lot of excitement and interest here.

I was just looking at some old pictures of Adrenalin the other day. Fantastic boat that got her career cut far too short by the powers that be. Hopefully there will be some racing opportunities in the near future. Be sure to post some pics of the boat sailing if you have the chance.
Still ahead of the curve all these years later. I still think that approach is probably the best way design small tris, like the converted kayak types and light daysailors. But has anyone continued the development of lower displacement, pivoting amas?
Those wave piercing amas look a lot like the latest A Class Cat hulls.
Will she be ready in time for the Coastal Classic?
Time spent in a garden is never wasted.
Reading our local site at crew.org I don't think thats on the agenda Grant. Can't really see her getting cat 3 either come to think of it. dunno.
I never heard a good explanation of where pitch stability came from when, in extremis, most of the boat's weight was transferred to the leeward float.
A couple of shots from this afternoon.... 2 hours ago
Pretty weird watching the windward ama waving around in the breeze like it does. Cool to see the boat going even if its light.
