Just like I was taught ... you MUST earn it. Plain and simple ... the best thing dad (and mom, btw) ever did for me was to make sure I worked hard ... and developed my own sense of self ... to make...

Historically, the culture I created in my companies was to be ABSOLUTELY about yourself ... the way I saw it, with FEW exceptions, was that the better you (employee) did, the better the company did...
