    A kind hearted friend tried to kill a glue trapped mouse with carbon monoxide, by holding it in the exhaust of his car. The heat from the exhaust softened the glue and Mr. mouse escaped.

    #4 pretty much covers it. Gloucester Gull, IIRC, has butt joints in the plywood with a layer of glass for strength, and works fine.

    According to the graph, US per capita use in 2010 was about 83,100 kWh, our electric use for the highest month, times twelve, would be about 6,600 kWh.
