    Firefox usually copes with pop-ups no problems. This was a "won't go away even when you completely shut the program and comes back again when you re-open the program thingy", it was like the 1990s...

    I think the four schools are in Aranui and they are to be consolidated. Aranui was hit hard by the quakes and the school zones would have lost families as people moved out to better accommodation....
