I painted the deck of my boat with oil based paint, thick coating of paint, then covered with beach sand and vacuumed after dry. Then second coated, lightly. It feels like 100 grit sandpaper and is...

Proud to be an American again. The shame has fallen from my shoulders.
Wow, I don't feel depressed anymore.
I agree with Dingbat. I grew up in a very white society up to graduation from High School. I used to feel very uncomfortable around people who were not white. Used to feel uncomfortable around...
I voted via mail in ballot. Oregon mailed it to me in Mexico in August. I got it in late Sept. Plenty of time to mail to make it back to the USA.
Welcome back. Nice blog. I have been gone for a while too. Been busy finishing off the Quick and Easy 16 skiff. Love running it on the lake.
Keep up the good work.
Launched the QE 16 by Paul Kanuit on October, 14, 2008. I took it down out of the sling in the rafters on the 29th of Sept, 2008 and had it ready for the motor to be installed on the 12th. This...

Cool! Love it. I sure hope that you do get it done a little sooner than ten years though.

Wow Sail Ho you really like your little boat!!!

Great Thread. Love to see steady progress on a project.

I agree with both of you about the need for speed in order to make them work. And that is when I want it. For after a little water gets in.
We did drag it to shore and then while standing...
