    It has been 20 years since screwcaps were first used to seal New Zealand wine bottles. It's been a long time since I last had a corked bottle of wine.

    I always found N.m hard to understand intuitively. A foot long lever with a pound weight on it , or multiples thereof is easier to grasp. A bit like the handle of a torque wrench.
