    I bought the photo and some others from the Olde Curiosity Shop. One of the other ones is Old Ironsides coming into Portland in the 1930's. My mother remembers the ship coming to Seattle

    The census counts the people in the country, not citizens or permanent residents. So if a question deters people from completing the census form, that question will throw off an accurate count.
