Can you point me in the direction of instructions regarding casting lead into the centreboard? We're all very new to this game...

So... What material is best suited for the centreboard? Steel rusts. Stainless is expensive. Lead makes you dumb. Any guidance/past experience would...

The filler is Bote Cote gluing filler. Any opinions on Bote Cote? should we be using some fasteners as well as the glue?
