    I know what you mean. Oz reds seem to have a better finish...the heat maybe? Decent quality NZ reds are relatively more expensive too.

    It has been 20 years since screwcaps were first used to seal New Zealand wine bottles. It's been a long time since I last had a corked bottle of wine.

    I always found N.m hard to understand intuitively. A foot long lever with a pound weight on it , or multiples thereof is easier to grasp. A bit like the handle of a torque wrench.
