I received a renewal today in the mail. I've been doing the digital delivery for quite a few years now. The renewal does not offer that as a solo option, it gets bundled with print, I don't want print. What am I missing or misunderstanding to just continue what I have been doing?

Well, this is way over complicated. I have an older subscription number, so I tried the "Find Account Number" for the new number (my number is the older 6 digit and not newer 8 digit). I don't exist, yet I receive the digital version regularly. I have a Forum login, a WB store login and a WB digital downloads login, none work to login for renewing digital subscription. Called 800-877-5284 and it disconnected. It shouldn't be this hard.
Found new account number in past magazine email but still my credentials don't allow login. I was still using my past account number so fail on my part.
800-877-5284 Subscription Services phone number does not work for me, disconnected each time.
Sent email.

I am leaving the above info. I have renewed through the website. Here are my experiences. Emails for digital version delivery give a WBxxxxxxxx account number which is used for PDF login, but the renewal account number is only the xxxxxxxx without the WB.
