It's almost a secret, but if you subscribe to the Digital you get back issues from 2009 (that's issue 206) forward.
So, no, a digital sub does not give you all going back to 1974.

I bought a digital subscription and i was a pleasant surprise to find magazines back to 2009.
Suddenly had a lot of reading to do��
I just bought the latest edition of the magazine but I will be purchasing the digital version. I do prefer a magazine (or book) in my hands...Im a bit old fashioned like that I guess but digital is much easier to store in a library that is already overflowing in our house.
I may do the same, I have a stack of 2001-2 in the house and working my way through them now I have the time. They take up considerable shelf space in my shed.
