vinyl repair for deck on 68 Chris Craft

I have a 1968 Chris Craft and a protion of the deck seems to be covered with vinyl...in some places it is tearing off and in others it has some small rips. Two questions can it be repair and with what? If it is not repair able how would you replace it. Thanks for your help.

WhyN, You can find this vinyl new, and it is not too hard to replace, I have never had to much luck with repairs, as it shrinks over time... best of luck, BT
