It is finally time to start planking Laura Ellen's aft deck.
200 board feet of Southern Yellow pine to be milled into planking stock.

Sweet. I spent last night ripping some of the nicest, clearest 16' white pine into stringers for three skin on frame boats. Would have liked the shop space you were in.
Will we be getting before during and after shots of the deck?

The shop belongs to a friend of mine. The heated section of the shop will hold 2 40' boats and the appropriate tools.
There is also a boat in it. Would-Aye is a 38' strip planked sloop using an early wooden C&C double-ender as the mold.
