This struggling agnostic had no idea that this is how prayer works: I just heard on the BBC, an interview with an individual that drove 3000 miles to go to the Jackson Memorial without a ticket... He prayed for a ticket all the way there and lo and behold he got one.

Join me in prayer folks, I'm on my way to the Ferrari North America dealership in Chicago. Hope to have pictures for you this evening...

in general, I don't much care to make fun of prayer... even though I don't believe in it. Some people do, and since it's an act of faith, whether it works or not is irrelevant actually , i read somewhere , if you focus on , visualize , try to imagine certain things , they will materialize for you

i has worked for me , on different occasions , not sure if i was 'praying' .. but at any rate , there was no faith required , it simply worked

The power of prayer. . . . . .

. . . .to encourage selective memories in the form of confirmation bias is real indeed.

..to encourage selective memories in the form of confirmation bias is real indeed. .. yes .. and also are there any other explanations or possibilities to consider ..

How many people prayed for a ticket and didn't get one?

How many people prayed for a ticket and didn't get one?

about the same number as those who ask for lottery winnings and game trophies

All Ferrari's should be RED!!! However, should my prayer be answered in black or yellow you'll hear no complaints from me.

I'm probably going to hell for this aren't I?

Most prayers for tickets can be answered if you have adequate amounts of green stuff. :D

I believe the lady in question had, also, put her name into a ticket lottery and the lottery came thru'. Was it God or the gods of chance?

Perhaps specificity plays a role!

599 GTB,
612 Scaglietti,
or F430?

PS: Fred Z has a very lucky cousin.
