View Full Version : Looking for Silicon Bronze sheaves

Anyone have a lead on a sheave manufacturer with a good reputation? I am looking for a variety of sheave sizes, with or without bushings, in bronze. Actually right now just looking for a 3.5 in outside diameter, 1/2 pin, for a 6" block and 3/4 line for block and tackle on a sailboat. OD can vary, line size is crucial.

Any help would be appreciated.

Search for Dauphine (sp?) and Sons in Nova Scotia, block makers to most of the American schooner fleet. I know that they carry them as we just picked up several sheaves from him as well as full wood shell blocks with Galvanized ironwork.
